Full Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to:

Unlimited planning time – in person, by phone, email, etc
Budget & vision support
Creation/maintenance of wedding website
Venue selection
Vendor & menu selections, including contract review & on-site meetings
Full event itinerary & timelines
Creation & distribution of wedding suite (save the dates, invites, and other printed materials)
Logistics – rentals, restrooms, power, parking, transportation, lodging
Floor plans and all vendor confirmations
Management of rehearsal/welcome party & ceremony rehearsal
Management of wedding day – on-site contact & point person for vendors, family and wedding party; set up for ceremony & reception; supervise & manage vendors; greet and assist guests as needed; work with vendors to cue all “big moments”; distribute payments and gratuities to vendors; facilitate clean up; organize all rentals and personal items for pick up.

Month of Coordination – focused involvement begins 45 days before the date of the event, and includes but is not limited to:

Finalizing timeline and floor plan
Confirming all vendors & details
Finishing up any items still on your to-do list
Guidance at the ceremony rehearsal
Management of wedding day
