Weddings are my favorite thing! I’ll work with you to create a day that focuses on your vision and priorities, ensuring logistics, vendors, set up and flow of the day are handled professionally. I’m happy to be the “calm” in the busy-ness of planning, and you can rest assured that any issues that may arise during your day will be handled quickly, efficiently and without drama.

I specialize in tented and off-site events – fields, barns, backyards, lakeside. In these settings in particular, experience matters. Logistics are more important than ever when building an event from the ground up. Whether you need full service planning, month of coordination, or somewhere in between, I’ll use my experience to make your day run smoothly. Full Service Planning and Coordination - Complete planning, consultation and coordination

services, including (but not limited to):

 

• Budgeting & vision support

• Unlimited planning meetings (in person, Zoom or phone)

• Creation and maintenance of wedding website

• Venue recommendations, site visits, meetings, contract and booking

• All vendor meetings, contracts and bookings

• Logistics – tents, potties/restrooms, parking, transportation

• Full event itinerary and timelines

• Reviewing and confirm with vendors – significant songs, timing, events (intros, cake cutting, dances, etc)

• Resolving any remaining details/bookings/to do list itemsl

• Planning & coordination of rehearsal dinner/welcome party, and

• Management of wedding day – on site contact & point person for vendors, family and wedding party; all set up for ceremony & reception; ensure vision is followed through; supervise all vendors; greet and assist guests as needed; guide wedding party & guests from ceremony to reception; work with vendors to cue all “big moments”; distribute payments & gratuities to vendors; organize all rentals and personal items for pick up.
